What is your standard turn around time for duplication orders?

24 hours for everything except high volume runs. (over 250 copies)

What if I need my order faster?

Rush service is available for 33% extra and is done ASAP.

Can I provide my own blank tapes, CD's or DVD's?

You may, but we discourage it, no discount is given and the work is without warranty.

How much footage can you put on one DVD or VHS tape?

We can fit 8 hours on either, but to keep the quality high we recommend 2 hours max.

Will you copy, transfer, duplicate or edit adult material?

No.

Can you copy, transfer, duplicate or edit copyrighted material?

Not without written release from the copyright holder.

Can you add more than one original onto a copy?

Editing on additional masters are $5 each plus the dub cost.

Can you make a looping DVD or VHS?

Add $10 onto the price of the duplication for DVD.

Are boxes/cases included in the price?

Video Kitchen library cases are provided for standard DVD duplication and slim-line jewel cases are provided for standard CD duplication. For professional DVD/CD duplication cases are provided at an additional charge.

Are other boxes available?

Yes, we carry paper DVD/CD sleeves, slim-line jewel cases, plastic locking full sleeve library cases and plush cases with pre-printed inserts.

Can you transfer VHS, SVHS or 8 MM tapes to Mini DV?

Yes, prices are available in our Tape Duplication section. Just add a $5 setup and the price of a MiniDV tape: $6

Can you also transfer my video tapes to DVD’s?

Yes, prices are available above under DVD duplications.

What format can my original master tape be?

VHS, S-VHS, 8mm, Hi8, Digital8, MiniDV, DVCAM, HDV, HDVcam, BetaCamSP, BetaMax, VHS-C, DVD, VCD, MicroMV, MiniDVD, memory card, ¾” and foreign formats.

Can you make copies from a tape that was recorded at the slow speed?

Yes, however the faster the speed, the better the quality.

Do labels come with each copy?

Yes, custom text labels are included free of charge for Standard duplications (up to 15 words).

What if I wanted to include a logo on the label?

There is a $10 setup fee and $ .25 per label.

What if I wanted to have a fully covered face label of a photo or graphic?

There is a $10 setup fee and $ .50 per label.

What types of discs and tapes are used for duplications and conversions?

We use only professional High Grade DVDs andl blank video tapes.

How should I ship my master tape to you?

Tapes should be placed in a padded shipper or box along with your contact information.

How do you send the copies back to me?

Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, we e-mail you a deliver estimate.

How long does it take to get my tapes back?

Once we receive your tape(s), they will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

How can I get my original material copyrighted?

Visit the US copyright office online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, credit cards, cash, certified check or money order.

What happens if I get a defective tape or disc?

Return the order and we will do everything we can to complete it to your satisfaction.

Can you duplicate or edit high definition, HD or HDTV footage?

Yes, and we can create Blu-Ray discs too.
